Mission & Vision
Socio-economic dignity, one trade at a time.
Our mission is the socio-economic development and betterment of poor and deprived sections of society, achieved through skill training and personality development of young men and women — so they can earn their livelihood with self-esteem, dignity, and values oriented toward the environment, local development and social harmony.
Our vision looks further: a Rajasthan where every household has at least one trained, employable, financially independent member — where talent, not circumstance, decides how far someone goes.
Founder's Message
Why we started, in the founder's own words.
Lachhmangarh in the early 2000s had no shortage of talented young people — it had a shortage of doors open to them. We started with one rented room and a handful of sewing machines. Today, our graduates work as far away as the Gulf and Southeast Asia. What hasn't changed is the reason we do this: dignity is not negotiable, and every one of our trainees deserves a shot at it.

2010 — A Rented Room, A Few Sewing Machines
PERTS is founded in Lachhmangarh with short-term vocational courses for school dropouts and unemployed youth.
NCVT Affiliation & QCI Accreditation
Our Industrial Training Institute earns NCVT affiliation and QCI accreditation, following DGT (Government of India) guidelines.
MoU with Government of Rajasthan
PERTS signs an MoU for the SAMARTH scheme under Mukhyamantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (MMKVY), expanding access to state-backed skilling.
Partnership with Mody University
An MoU with Mody University strengthens our fashion and design skill-enhancement curriculum.
Ranked 19th of 1,800+ ITIs in Rajasthan
State-wide grading recognises PERTS as one of the strongest-performing ITIs in Rajasthan.
23 Placement Camps and Counting
Regular placement camps connect graduates directly with employers including Hero MotoCorp, Suzuki and TATA Motors.
Launch of AI & Coding Vocational Course
PERTS introduces its newest vocational course, preparing rural youth for digital-economy careers.
