Of continuous rural skill training
Palriwala Educational Research & Training Society (PERTS) runs vocational and NCVT-affiliated Industrial Training Institute (ITI) programs for youth and women from the most under-resourced communities of Rajasthan — regardless of caste, community or background.
To drive the socio-economic betterment of poor and deprived communities through skill training and personality development — enabling every trainee to earn their livelihood with self-esteem, dignity and values rooted in environmental and social responsibility.
A Rajasthan where no young person's future is limited by their family's income — where every household has at least one trained, employable, financially independent member.
We did not set out to build an institute. We set out to answer one question — what happens to a bright 16-year-old when their family can't afford another year of school? Sixteen years later, that answer is: they become an electrician, a tailor, a mechanic, a mother who supports her own children. That is the only annual report that matters to us.
Every decision we make — from curriculum to placement camps — is built around one outcome: a trainee who can support their family.
NCVT-affiliated, QCI-accredited ITI, following DGT (Government of India) guidelines and standards.
23 placement camps held to date with employers including Hero MotoCorp, Suzuki and TATA Motors.
Dedicated vocational tracks and safe learning spaces designed for the needs of rural women.
Ranked 19th among 1,800+ ITIs in Rajasthan, with board results above 90% for three straight years.
For school dropouts and unemployed graduates who need market-ready skills fast — no matter their education level or background.
Government-recognised trades under DGT guidelines, with NCVT affiliation and QCI accreditation — built for long-term careers.
This is the path every trainee walks with us. It's not linear on paper — it's a thread we hold with them the whole way.
Counselling & admission, no matter the trainee's prior education.
Hands-on classroom and workshop learning from certified instructors.
Live projects, labs and industry visits to build real confidence.
Direct entry into our placement camps with partner employers.
A wage, a trade, and a future controlled by the trainee, not their circumstances.
When a woman in a PERTS training batch starts earning, it reshapes what her daughters believe is possible for themselves. Our women-focused vocational tracks are designed around real constraints — flexible timing, safe campuses, and trades with genuine local demand.
Every year, our sports and cultural competitions bring together roughly 800 players, artists and rural talents across 20 disciplines — inter-school, inter-college and open categories — building a sense of pride that extends well beyond the classroom.
"I joined the Electrician trade after my father could no longer afford my school fees. Today I work in a manufacturing unit and send money home every month."
"The tailoring course gave me a skill nobody could take from me. I now run a small stitching business from home and train two younger women myself."
"COPA at PERTS was my first time touching a computer. Two years later I was placed with a logistics company — and I'm the first graduate in my family."
"I was placed with Hero MotoCorp straight from a PERTS placement camp. My instructors still call to check how I'm doing."

Our largest placement camp yet connected graduating trainees directly with leading manufacturing employers.

800+ players and artists from across the region competed in 20 disciplines at our annual meet.
