Subhash is from rural Lachhmangarh in Rajashthan and his family is in agriculture. Upon successful completion of the Electrician course from PITC, Subhash who was a topper of the first batch of PITC in 2010, succeeded in his attempt in government recruitment examinations in 2011 and is now in government service.
